DVD-R als Trägermedium mit MP3-Dateien Text: Englisch Dr Futon’s Homespun Philosophy is a collection of talks by “ Dr Futon”, a slightly sad, pompous figure in his late fifties, highly educated, & very middle class, who regrets not having made more of his life. He spends most of his spare time recording his views on life with the help of his long-standing friend “T-Bito” (That Bloke In The Office). Dr Futon, who picked up this nick-name by being the archetypal “ Barrack-room Lawyer” at work, got engrossed in all the turbulent ideology & social upheaval of the late sixties, never quite finished his law degree, finally ending up in a senior clerical position with the local council in his town in Germany where he settled. His friend “T” holds a lower position, stems from a working-class background, & despite having gone to a grammar-school, (occasionally), spent his earlier years as a struggling rock guitarist in various “going-nowhere” groups, & now earns his living in.. .
